On June 14, Dipagro, part of Synap – Syngenta's commercial platform, inaugurated its first Experimental Station in Ariquemes (RO), focusing on research and validating technical recommendations concentrating on agriculture north of the country.
The new space aims to optimize good management practices in crops such as soybeans, corn, coffee and pasture.
The Ariquemes Experimental Station is a technological showcase, with research that proves the efficiency of the technologies made available by Dipagro to customers. Through its field consultants, it makes a safe recommendation to farmers, who will have access to testing results and prove the effectiveness of our products and services carried out directly on crops in the region. That is, the analyses will be based on the climate and other variables that influence local production,″ highlighted Ricardo Perez, General Director of Synap.
According to Fabio Mutta, Technical Manager at Synap, the focus is to increasingly meet the needs of the field in a regionalized and exclusive way. ″This space was developed to boost farmer access to innovation, solutions for crop protection, seed treatment and digital agriculture. The Experimental Station is much more than a physical space; It is a true ecosystem of studies and training focused on partnerships with producers, functioning as a bank for accessing and promoting research boosting productivity in an important region for national agriculture,″ Mutta highlighted.
On June 13, before the official inauguration, Dipagro held an exclusive Field Day to demonstrate the functionality of the Experimental Station to the farmers present. In addition to the Ariquemes unit, Synap had another Experimental Station in Itaporã (MS), under the Agro Jangada banner. The opening of such spaces enhanced the company's services to farmers in different regions of Brazil.
