Incotec strengthens North American seed enhancement operations

Incotec strengthens its seed enhancement operations in North America with the appointment of Greg Pojani as Plant Manager.
Greg previously worked for Gilbert AZ where he spent the last year providing manufacturing, distribution, supply chain consulting services to several major corporations through Operations Specialty Management. Prior to that, Greg Pojani spent 18 years as Chief Operational Officer for a large manufacturing distribution company where he was responsible for three US facilities and one Canadian facility. He has a BS degree in Industrial Management and Technology which was designed for high level manufacturing and industrial management executives.

Greg will be running Incotec’s two major operations in Salinas (California) and in Urbandale, Des Moines (Iowa). Des Moines is in the core of the North American field crop market and close to major customer locations for corn, soybeans, rice and other field crops. In May 2018, Incotec re-opened the completely modernized and automated seed enhancement operation for vegetables in Salinas, California. The facilities feature a new R&D lab and offices, new seed storage warehouse, new production equipment and employee facilities. This was followed in April 2019 by the opening of a new Innovation Center in Des Moines, Iowa with emphasis on sales and R&D in field crops.
