An analytical and consultancy firm has revealed it will move to a South East science park, after it outgrew its current premises.
Eclipse Scientific Group, which claims to be one of Europe's leading independent laboratories, will establish a new base at the Kent Science Park to continue offering its services to the food, environmental, agrochemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
Adrian Goldsmith, General Manager of the company, said the firm will use the new centre to drive its growth plans.
He also revealed that the new base will be the organisation's second largest, with the group already running seven United Kingdom Accreditation Service-approved laboratories in the country and another three centres in Ireland.
James Speck, Site Director at Kent Science Park, added: "The arrival of Eclipse Scientific strengthens our cluster of environmentally-focused science-based businesses, which in turn will help us attract other like-minded businesses.
Last year, high-tech welding company Perfect Fusion, which deals with clients in the petrochemical, power generation and defence industries, moved to the innovation hub.
