Nissan Chemicals agricultural chemicals division recorded sales of ¥13,751 million ($116 million) in the first half to September 30th 2007. Sales were down by ¥11,305 million on the previous year due to the spin off of the fertiliser business, Nissan Agri, the company says. The division is now solely crop protection products. Nissans agrochemical sales were ¥40,478 million in the year to March 31st 2007.
