Danish fine chemicals group Auriga Industries A/S published its third quarter figures, posting an operating profit (EBIT) of DKK135m, as compared to DKK52m in the third quarter of 2007.?
Revenues amounted to DKK1,435m, as compared to DKK1,180m in the third quarter last year.?
Earnings per share from continuing operations amounted to DKK2.88, up from DKK1.50 in the third quarter last year.?
"In light of the continued favourable market conditions for the agrochemical industry, Auriga is now expecting revenue of DKK5.7bn for the year as a whole against DKK5.5bn previously announced in the interim financial report for the first half of 2008," Auriga Industries said.?
Auriga Industries, headquartered in Lemvig, Denmark, is the parent company of the plant protection chemicals group Cheminova. The group has has 1,800 employees and reported revenue of DKK4.4bn in 2007.?
