United Phosphorus Ltd sees FY09 profit growing at 30-35 percent while revenue growth is seen at 25-30 percent, group chief financial officer Rajendra Darak said on Monday.
Raw material availability has improved, though prices were still high, he said, adding that he expects them to soften.
In the quarter ended September, the agrochemical makers net profit grew 38.6 percent to 1.22 billion rupees, in line with street expectations, on net sales of 11.25 billion rupees.
Shares in the firm ended at 189.5 rupees, down 6.16 percent from the previous close.
