Arysta, DuPont enter fungicide strategic alliance

Arysta Life Science Pakistan (Pvt) Limited and DuPont Pakistan Operations (Pvt) Limited (DPOL) entered a strategic alliance through, which Arysta will have access to Dupont’s fungicide range and together the two companies will further strengthen their offering of crop protection solutions in Pakistan.

Under this agreement, Arysta will distribute and promote Dupont’s key fungicide CurzateR (active ingredients: copper oxychloride + cymoxanil) for potato and other high value crops.

Arysta will also work with DuPont to develop KocideR, a broad-spectrum superior quality contact fungicide to protect the plant from fungal pathogens.

Previously Nichimen Corporation, Arysta Life Science has been actively involved in the development of Agri-business in Pakistan for many years. This success has been achieved through strong partnerships with customers backed by quality products distributed through its strong distribution network across Pakistan. DuPont has been bringing world-class science and engineering to the global marketplace in the form of innovative products, materials, and services since 1802. An agreement to this effect was recently signed by Dr. Amir Jafri, Chief Executive, Arysta Life Science Pakistan and Atif Kamal, Country Leader, DuPont Crop Protection - Pakistan.
