Gulf Oil Brasil has announced the launch of its Gulf Agro line, which includes pesticides and adjuvants, with the goal of "consolidating its presence in the agricultural segment." According to the company, these are technologies with "proven efficiency in the field."

Among the highlights of the line is Argenfrut RV, a rapid-dispersion, narrow-spectrum mineral oil emulsion recommended for efficient control of mealybugs, mites, aphids, flies, and fungi. Indicated for fruit crops in general, coffee, rubber trees, and others, the product can also be applied to trees with aged leaves. "Its formulation offers effective action, safe application, and support for sustainable phytosanitary management practices,"  Gulf Oil Brasil said.

Gulf Agro offers two high-performance adjuvant solutions: Agefix E8 and OMA. Agefix E8 is an emulsifiable adjuvant formulated with refined mineral oil and high-quality surfactants, indicated for crops such as citrus, bananas, soybeans, corn, and cotton. The manufacturer says it improves the spreadability, adhesion, and stability of the spray mixture, optimizing the effectiveness of agricultural defenses.

OMA, on the other hand, is a high-purity mineral oil composed of paraffinic and cycloparaffinic hydrocarbons, developed to enhance the action of defenses, especially fungicides. Widely used in the control of Sigatoka in bananas, it presents "excellent performance in aerial, tractorized, and coastal applications, ensuring consistent protection and higher yields in crops," the company said.

According to Gulf Oil Brasil, all products in the Gulf Agro line use premium ingredients and strictly follow the norms of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply (Mapa). Additionally, they have the seal of authorized input for organic crops, and the company is affiliated with InpEV (National Institute for Processing of Empty Packaging).

"Each crop imposes specific management and protection requirements. The Gulf Agro portfolio was designed to respond to these variations with effective solutions, adapted to the distinct needs of the agribusiness. Now organized in a structured portfolio - constantly expanding with new solutions - the products are made available in an integrated manner, focusing on performance and results for rural producers across the country," the manufacturer said.

"Designed to offer high efficiency, compatibility, and reliability, Gulf Agro products meet the specific demands of different crops, climates, and production systems. The line was developed to maximize crop productivity, with solutions that protect crops effectively and consistently, even in the face of climate variations, soil types, and phytosanitary challenges," Gulf Oil Brasil said in conclusion.
