Koppert advances digital innovation with smarter, context-aware Digital Assistant

Koppert announces the next phase in the development of its award-winning Digital Assistant - an AI-driven tool designed to support growers with 24/7 access to instant answers for crop protection challenges.

Following its successful debut at Fruit Logistica 2024 and recognition with the prestigious GreenTech Concept Award 2024, the Digital Assistant has entered a new stage of development. By integrating enriched data and user feedback from growers and consultants, it now delivers broader, context-aware answers, ranging from detailed product information, tailored advice on Integrated Pest Management and insights linked to actual orders and usage of Koppert solutions by the customers.

The Digital Assistant is available in the Koppert One portal, that is currently accessible for Dutch customers. With a phased roll-out of Koppert One throughout 2025 and 2026 in key markets including US, Canada, France, Spain, and Italy, the adoption of the Koppert Digital Assistant is following a steady course.

Next-level functionalities

Building on its core functionality of providing instant, expert-backed answers, the enhanced Digital Assistant now allows users to:
