Germains Seed Technology announced the appointment of Jeff Fletcher as Head of Commercial, North America. With over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the agriculture industry, Jeff brings a deep understanding of the sector, a strong network, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to growers and industry partners.

Jeff joins Germains from Indigo Ag, where he most recently served as National Director of Sales, leading commercial strategy and execution across multiple product lines. Before that, he built a strong foundation in sales and business development, holding key leadership roles that reinforced his expertise in agronomy and grower-focused solutions.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development with a minor in Agronomy. Farming is at his core, and his ability to connect with growers in their language will be invaluable as Germains continues to strengthen its partnerships and expand its innovative seed technologies across North America.

Operating remotely from Texas, Jeff will be a frequent presence at Germains’ Gilroy, CA, location as he embeds himself within the team. His energy, work ethic, and collaborative mindset make him a natural fit for Germains.
