Against the backdrop of significant fluctuations in global agricultural chemical prices and the situation of overcapacity, Sino-Agri Leading BioSciences Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sino-Agri") has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Nanjing Redsun Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Redsun").

According to the agreement, Sino-Agri will become the exclusive distributor of Nanjing Redsun's flagship herbicide product, Diquat, in the Brazilian market. The collaboration aims to expand Diquat's reach and application in Brazil, creating a structured distribution framework to bolster market presence and operational excellence.
