NACL Industries' arms begin commercial operations at two new manufacturing units in India

On March 30, 2024, NACL Industries Limited announced that:

a) M/s.NACL Agri-Solutions Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of NACL has commenced its commercial production at its manufacturing plant situated at H.NO.9-17, Anthireddy guda, Kothuru, Nandigam, Rangareddy, Telangana, 509228, on Friday, the March 29, 2024.

b) M/s.NACL Multichem Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of NACL has commenced its commercial production at its manufacturing plant situated at Kesavadasupuram, Ponduru Mandal, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, 532403 on Saturday, the March 30, 2024.

The aforesaid Wholly Owned Subsidiaries will be eligible for a concessional income tax rate of 15% till perpetuity.
