US re-registers ethylene oxide

The US EPA has concluded that the fumigant/sterilant, ethylene oxide (ETO), is eligible for re-registration provided that certain measures are taken to address occupational health risks. ETO is used to fumigate various commodities, such as herbs, spices, laboratory equipment and other items.
