Ukraine intends to build an innovative plant for processing pesticides, the local media announced Monday with the reference to the Ukrainian Environment Ministry.
According to the Ukrainian Ukrinform news agency, the factory is planning to be building in 2012. The plant will help to clean all the regions of the state from the old chemical waste during the next 5 years.
New technological advances will be used in the construction of the plant. Features of their technology builders do not disclose. But they insist on the fact that after the introduction of the enterprise the Ukrainian products will become much more environmentally friendly.
Ukraine will actively deal with pesticides this year. Some of the obsolete pesticides will be removed from 13 regions of Ukraine by the 2012.
In 2010 the Ukrainian Environment Ministry had already exported over 2,500 tons of old fertilizers.
Meanwhile, there are over 22,000 tons of obsolete pesticides in Ukraine. They used to be taken to Poland to disposal.
