Arysta LifeScience announces a new subsidiary in Ukraine

Arysta LifeScience is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary in Ukraine. Arysta LifeScience Ukraine LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arysta LifeScience SAS that officially registered at the end of 2010 to start business operations from 2011.

Strategically located in Kiev, Arysta LifeScience Ukraine LLC aims to increase our business network in the region.

With an emerging and dynamic crop protection market, Ukraine offers substantial growth opportunities for the Company. The creation of this subsidiary is a key milestone to strengthen our business development position in Eastern Europe.

"To make sure that we dedicate sufficient management focus, human resources, and capital to this growing market, we are establishing Arysta LifeScience Ukraine LLC as a new operating company. This focus will help us to develop our activity in the CIS market" said Dmitry TSIVILEV, Manager of the CIS region.

Managed by Ivan Shabliy, the subsidiary will offer the opportunity to extend our presence in Ukraine while developing sustainable agriculture. “While we have been working in Ukraine for a long time now, creating this full-service subsidiary ensures Arysta LifeScience’s ability to provide even more support to our customers and partners locally,” said Ivan Shabliy.

Arysta LifeScience Ukraine LLC will pursue the distribution of our established and recognized products; like Centurion® and Select® (Clethodim), Proponit® (Propisochlor), Cosmic® (Glyphosate), Malvin® (Captan), Comrade®, Ortus® (Fenpiroxymate), Diazinon, Dantop® (Clothianidin), Conquistador® (Metamitrone), Atonik® plus or Scalpel® (Flutriafol); while expanding our portfolio in this specific region.
