Arysta LifeScience cooperates with Cheminova to expand Spanish market

Arysta LifeScience and Cheminova are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement by which Cheminova Agro S.A. (former Agrodan) based in Spain, part of the Cheminova group, and Arysta LifeScience Espana , part of the Arysta Lifescience group, will enter into closer cooperation for the Spanish market. Cheminova Agro S.A will take over the current activity of Arysta LifeScience Espana, distributing Arysta’s portfolio in Spain, while maintaining both existing distribution channels and finding synergies.

This agreement covers established and well-known products such as the herbicide Select®, the bio-insecticide Carpovirusine and other brands already sold in the market, and also positions well Cheminova for Arysta Lifescience products which are in the development stage.
The agreement includes tolling projects at Arysta Lifescience’s formulation site in Noguères, France.

The additional toll volume from Arystas formulation plant in France will strengthen our partnership with Cheminova”.
