Wilbur-Ellis Company announced recently the opening of its first agribusiness retail location in the Denver Metro area. This new retail location demonstrates Wilbur-Ellis' commitment to Pro Markets in the region, servicing golf, sports turf, landscape, vegetation management, range and pasture markets.
"Just as we do at our other 19 locations that service our Pro Markets customers, we will provide the most advanced crop protection technology to our specialties customers with the goal of providing advanced agronomic solutions and a return on their investment," said Wilbur-Ellis National Director of Pro Markets Michael Kropp. "Pro Markets are important to Wilbur-Ellis and we look forward to being able to serve Pro Market customers in and around Denver."
Wilbur-Ellis is currently the fourth-largest crop inputs retailer in the country, supplying plant protection, seed and nutritional products to local growers, which includes the Company's own branded products. In recent years, Wilbur-Ellis has also made tremendous investments to better service its customers, including the development of its proprietary field technology software, AgVerdict.
"Since moving our Agribusiness headquarters to Aurora a couple years ago, we have been looking for the right opportunity to bring a retail location to Denver," said Wilbur-Ellis Southwest Area Manager William Negroni.
