Meghmani’s agrochemical sales up by 3% in Q3 FY2016-17

IndiaMeghmani Organics’ agrochemical sales increased by 3.2% YoY to Rs 1082.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2016-17 which ended December 31, 2016. Profit before tax of agrochemical segment slipped by 64% to Rs 37.0 million in the third quarter.
For the nine months, sales of agrochemicals increased by 11.8% to Rs 4120.7 million, while profit before tax slumped by 37.3% to Rs 267.8 million.
Meghmani Organics Ltd is an Indian company engaged in manufacturing, selling, distributing, and trading pigments and agro-chemicals. The company provides agro-chemical products such as pesticide intermediates, technical grade pesticides, and pesticide formulations used in crop protection, public health, termite and insect control, and veterinary applications.
