Bayer Group has recently announced the inauguration of its new office in Amman, Jordan.
The opening ceremony was held on March 1, in the presence of the group’s regional management. The new offices will accommodate Bayer’s Life Science businesses, HealthCare and CropScience, in addition to more than 60 employees, said a company statement.
Harald Liedtke, managing director of Bayer Middle East, said: “The inauguration of the new state-of-the-art offices underscores Bayer’s commitment to Jordan and the Levant region as a whole.”
“Bayer has a long history in the Middle East and has been present for 80 years in Jordan and Lebanon,” he added.
Yazan Al-Ahmad, general manager of Bayer Group Levant, said: “We are excited to open our new Bayer offices in Jordan, which is considered a prime hub within the Levant.”
“This step also corresponds with our ongoing efforts to live up to our mission statement - Bayer: Science For A Better Life. We remain dedicated to introduce our product innovations to Jordan and the Levant, and continue to implement multiple awareness campaigns, especially in the HealthCare field,” he added.
