Akzo Nobel opens agrochem lab in Mumbai,India

Akzo Nobel India has inaugurated a new laboratory facility at its Thane site on July 2, 2014.
"This Lab has been established at a cost of about Rs 1.3 crore and will primarily focus on catering to the needs of agro-chemicals sector in India," says the company in its filing. Akzo Nobel India manufactures and markets a wide range of coatings and specialty chemicals. Its decorative paints business-line manufactures the Dulux brand of paints for interior and exterior decoration and protection as well as products for surface preparation and wood care.
