US-based Syngenta Crop Protection has received federal registration for its Lumax and Lexar herbicides for use in grain sorghum, according to Kansas Farmer.
The companys Mark Kitt says that the products are important to growers who face problems with glyphosate-resistant weeds. Additionally, Syngenta fungicide Quilt has been approved for use in grain sorghum, as well as wheat.
