China Green Agriculture Signed A Five-Year Cooperation Agreement with Zhejiang Dealer

China Green Agriculture, Inc. , a company that mainly produces and distributes humic acid-based compound fertilizers, other varieties of compound fertilizers and agricultural products through its wholly-owned subsidiaries in China, announced that one of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries organized under the laws of the PRC, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd. ("Jinong"), signed a five-year cooperation agreement with an agricultural material coop in Zhejiang province, which has been a major distributor with the Company on the sale of Jinong's roots boost product.
Jinong will continuously provide roots boost products such as foliar liquid fertilizer etc. to the Zhejiang dealer in the following five years. The sales of Jinong's roots boost product to the dealer is expected to grow thirty times per annum by the fiscal year of 2017 comparing to that in the fiscal year of 2013 per this agreement.
